MEMRI is actively seeking government and philanthropic funding, and private-sector partners are being asked for technical planning and other help. Partnering and support is also being sought from broadband infrastructure providers, HIPAA compliance initiatives, broadband application development initiatives, initiatives to increase the quality/reduce the cost of healthcare, healthcare research organizations, and others.

There is usually available on-street, 90-minute, metered parking close by, and there are three public parking ramps within a block or two:

	South Grand Ave., one block south of Michigan Ave, entrance on right;
	North Grand Ave., one block north of Michigan Ave (past the Radisson), entrance on left;
	Capitol Ave (just south of the Capitol Building), entrance on right.
